Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

*When will my order be shipped?

Most of our orders are shipped within 4-6 business days of purchase from our California warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notice regarding your shipment when it is enroute.

If you ordered a PRE-ORDER item, please note that all items in your order will ship together when PRE-ORDER item(s) are ready to ship. Please refer to product description for estimated ship time for each PRE-ORDER item. Typically PRE-ORDERS ship within 4-6 weeks of launch date.

*What if my package is stolen?
We hope this doesn’t happen to you! If it does, we cannot be liable if it is lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the postal carrier for more information on how to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

*Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to select countries.  

*How fast is your international shipping?
Most of our orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of purchase from our Los Angeles warehouse, with an average international delivery time of 14-21 business days.  Shipping times may vary by carrier, but we do our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. Please note, we do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays.

*Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my items ordered?

YES. If you’re having goods shipped from a U.S. online retailer, you will have to pay duties on the value of the goods, plus GST and PST or HST, depending on the province you are importing goods into.  For more information, please contact your local customs office, or you can use online calculators to approximate the charges. The final amount will be determined by the international customs official that inspects your goods per each country's regulations.  We have no way of calculating these ahead of time.  

These charges include:

The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from the U.S. and
Duties charged for processing by your country.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. You’ll be charged duties and taxes by the shipping provider when they deliver your order. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs.

Duties and taxes are nonrefundable.

*What happens if I choose not to pay the customs, duties and taxes?

If you choose not to pay your customs charges, then the package will be considered abandoned, and the carrier will return the package to our California warehouse. Upon receiving the items back, we will inspect for a refund, and deduct a 20% re-stocking fee to account for the re-delivery fee and abandoned package surcharge that the carrier charges our company. Outbound international shipping charges, customs and duties are non-refundable.
