Refund policy


Our return policy varies depending on the items ordered. Please review the following policy to understand the conditions for our various product offerings:

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

    B.Yellowtail Apparel items are eligible for return within (15) days from the date the order is processed/fulfilled. Please note that there will be an $8 Flat-Rate fee to return, this covers the return shipping label.

    A refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase within (10) days of your return being delivered to our warehouse.

    To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must have all tags attached, be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same original condition that you received it

    All items will be inspected to ensure they are in good condition and free of wear (i.e. deodorant marks, any odor, &  pet hair… ). If item(s) do not appear to be in original, unworn condition per our return policy requirements, a restocking fee (up to 25%) will be deducted from your refund.

    ** Any outbound shipping and duties and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable.**

    To initiate a return please start your process by visiting our return portal https://byellowtail.loopreturns.com/#/ and enter the order # and email address you used on the original purchase. 

    • Follow the on-screen steps to generate a return label. 
    • Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.

    Domestic Returns:  Customers are responsible for paying a $8 flat rate fee return shipping cost.

    International ReturnsReturn shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. However, customers can still use the return portal to initiate a return.

  • Bags, Jewelry, Scarves, Accessories, Home Goods, Stationary, Sleepwear, Body, Candles, Textiles, & Notions
    All Bags, Jewelry, Scarves, Sleep wear, Home Goods, Beauty, Body, Candles, Textiles, and Notions are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Gift Cards
    All gift cards are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within (7) days of receiving the item(s) at orders@byellowtail.com for further assistance.  We kindly ask that you send us a photo of any defects/damage to the item and/or packaging.

     

    EXCHANGES

    B.Yellowtail currently does not offer exchanges on our products. We are exploring options to offer this service to our customers in the near future.
